TYPICAL AREAS OF DELIVERY
A game of confidence
This workshop teaches athletes about the science of confidence and how the mind plays a huge role in telling us different stories, ultimately impacting our self-belief. We then discuss and develop strategies and skills to improve confidence, teaching athletes how to apply these skills to training and competition so they can fully commit to the behaviours and actions that will help them achieve their goals.
